03 StaticPro Services

StaticPro provides electrostatic coating, metal refinishing, on-site coating, commercial refinishing, and related preparation, coating, repair, and finishing services. Specific services may vary by project, surface type, coating system, material condition, location, accessibility, schedule, environmental factors, and the approved scope of work.

Service Areas May Include:

  • On-site electrostatic coating for metal surfaces, fixtures, railings, doors, frames, equipment, panels, furniture, and specialty items.
  • Commercial, industrial, residential, institutional, hospitality, retail, and property management refinishing projects.
  • Surface preparation, cleaning, sanding, masking, priming, coating, curing, and finishing work as specified in an approved estimate or work order.
  • Project consultation, site review, quote preparation, color guidance, maintenance recommendations, and service planning.
The exact scope of service is controlled by the written estimate, invoice, work order, proposal, or contract approved for the project. Website descriptions are general and do not guarantee that every service is available for every surface, location, or condition.

04 Estimates, Quotes & Scope Changes

Quotes, estimates, proposals, and pricing information are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Pricing may depend on project size, surface condition, coating type, color selection, preparation requirements, access, scheduling, location, labor, materials, equipment, travel, and any special project requirements.

Estimate Policies

  • Estimates are not final contracts unless approved in writing by StaticPro and the customer.
  • Verbal pricing, website pricing, advertising claims, general price ranges, or preliminary discussions are not binding unless included in a written approved estimate.
  • Estimates may expire after the date stated on the estimate, proposal, or invoice.
  • Material prices, labor availability, site conditions, project requirements, or customer-requested changes may affect final pricing.
  • Any additional work, hidden conditions, repairs, preparation, surface correction, remobilization, special coatings, after-hours work, access complications, or scope changes may require a written change order or revised estimate.

Customer Approval

By approving an estimate, paying a deposit, scheduling service, signing a proposal, or authorizing work by email, text, form submission, or other written communication, you authorize StaticPro to proceed with the approved scope of work and agree to pay all approved charges.

05 Site Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

On-site coating work requires proper access, safe working conditions, reasonable environmental conditions, and cooperation from the customer, property owner, property manager, tenants, staff, vendors, and other trades.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and legal access to the work area, parking, utilities, water, power, elevators, gates, loading zones, and any required building approvals.
  • Remove or protect personal property, valuables, fragile items, vehicles, furniture, equipment, decorations, electronics, and items near the work area unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Notify StaticPro of known hazards, building rules, restricted areas, asbestos, lead paint, mold, water damage, structural issues, electrical hazards, fire systems, ventilation concerns, or other site risks.
  • Secure pets, children, guests, residents, staff, or other individuals away from the work area during preparation, coating, curing, and cleanup.
  • Obtain any necessary property owner, association, building management, landlord, tenant, or facility permissions before work begins.
  • Ensure that other trades, cleaning crews, construction workers, landscapers, residents, and staff do not interfere with coating areas before, during, or after service.

Delays & Unsafe Conditions

StaticPro may delay, reschedule, suspend, or refuse work if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, not ready, contaminated, restricted, affected by weather, affected by other trades, or materially different from the conditions represented during the estimate process. Additional fees may apply for delays, remobilization, waiting time, special access, or customer-caused schedule changes.

06 Finish Results, Color & Surface Expectations

StaticPro strives to deliver high-quality electrostatic coating and refinishing results. However, coating outcomes may vary based on surface age, prior coating history, rust, corrosion, dents, scratches, contamination, repairs, substrate condition, environment, humidity, temperature, access, lighting, color selection, and other project-specific factors.

Important Finish Notes

  • Electrostatic coating improves appearance and protection but may not remove or hide all dents, scratches, gouges, pits, weld marks, corrosion, texture, previous coating failures, or substrate imperfections.
  • Color matches may vary due to lighting, age of surrounding surfaces, prior coatings, fading, batch differences, gloss level, texture, surface profile, digital screen displays, and manufacturer variations.
  • Touch-ups, repairs, and refinished areas may not be invisible under all lighting conditions or viewing angles.
  • Outdoor surfaces may be affected by UV exposure, weather, moisture, salt air, chemicals, impact, abrasion, and cleaning practices.
  • Coating cure times, handling times, and return-to-service times may vary by coating system, temperature, humidity, ventilation, and project conditions.
Unless specifically stated in writing, StaticPro does not guarantee a factory-new, flawless, invisible, or permanent finish. Coating work is a professional refinishing process, and final appearance depends heavily on existing surface conditions.

07 Insurance Policy

StaticPro may maintain business insurance coverage appropriate for its operations, which may include general liability coverage, commercial vehicle coverage, workers’ compensation coverage where applicable, and other insurance coverage depending on business needs, legal requirements, and project requirements.

Certificates of Insurance

  • Customers, property managers, associations, commercial facilities, or general contractors may request a Certificate of Insurance before work begins.
  • Certificate requests must be made in advance and may require accurate certificate holder information, project location, special wording, or additional insured requirements.
  • Special insurance endorsements, additional insured status, waiver of subrogation, primary and noncontributory language, or project-specific insurance requirements may affect pricing, scheduling, or project approval.
  • StaticPro reserves the right to decline work if insurance requirements are unreasonable, unavailable, inaccurate, or outside the approved scope.

Insurance Does Not Expand Liability

The existence of insurance does not create additional liability, waive these Terms, guarantee claim approval, or expand StaticPro’s responsibility beyond what is required by the approved written agreement and applicable law. Any claim must follow StaticPro’s claims process and may be subject to review by StaticPro, its insurer, contractors, vendors, advisors, or other relevant parties.

08 Claims, Damage & Incident Reporting

Customers must promptly report any concern, alleged damage, defect, coating issue, property damage, personal property issue, injury, incident, or claim related to StaticPro’s work. Prompt reporting allows StaticPro to inspect the issue, document the condition, preserve evidence, communicate with relevant parties, and determine appropriate next steps.

Claim Submission Requirements

  • Claims should be submitted in writing as soon as reasonably possible after discovery.
  • The customer should provide the project address, date of service, description of the issue, photos, videos, invoices, repair estimates, witness information, and any relevant documentation.
  • The customer must give StaticPro a reasonable opportunity to inspect the alleged issue before repairs, replacement, alteration, cleaning, disposal, or corrective work is performed by others.
  • Failure to provide timely notice or a reasonable inspection opportunity may limit or prevent StaticPro’s ability to evaluate or resolve a claim.
  • Customers should take reasonable steps to prevent additional damage, misuse, contamination, impact, moisture exposure, tampering, or interference after an issue is discovered.

Claim Review

StaticPro may review claims internally or with insurers, vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, consultants, or other qualified parties. StaticPro may request additional information before determining whether corrective work, partial refund, insurance submission, denial, or another resolution is appropriate.

Excluded Claims

StaticPro is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, unrelated defects, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper cleaning, chemical damage, impact damage, customer negligence, work performed by others, failure to follow care instructions, environmental exposure, building movement, rust migration, moisture intrusion, substrate failure, or issues outside StaticPro’s approved scope of work.

Do not discard, repair, repaint, alter, or replace an allegedly damaged item before giving StaticPro a reasonable opportunity to inspect it unless immediate action is required for safety or to prevent additional damage.

09 Payments, Deposits & Cancellations

Payment terms are controlled by the approved estimate, invoice, proposal, work order, contract, or written agreement. StaticPro may require deposits, progress payments, final payment upon completion, or other payment arrangements depending on project size, materials, scheduling, customer history, and service requirements.

Payment Policies

  • Deposits may be required to reserve scheduling, order materials, prepare labor, or begin project coordination.
  • Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice or written agreement.
  • Late payments may result in service delays, collection activity, late fees, finance charges, suspension of work, or additional administrative costs where permitted by law and written agreement.
  • Returned payments, chargebacks, failed transactions, or disputed payments may result in additional fees, service suspension, or collection action.
  • Customer-requested changes, hidden conditions, additional work, remobilization, after-hours work, emergency scheduling, or special access may require additional charges.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers should provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling requests. StaticPro may charge cancellation, rescheduling, remobilization, restocking, material, administrative, or lost scheduling fees when a customer cancels, postpones, restricts access, is not ready for service, or materially changes the approved scope after scheduling or material preparation has begun.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the project status, deposit terms, materials ordered, labor scheduled, work completed, administrative time, cancellation timing, and the written agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable once project coordination, scheduling, labor allocation, ordering, custom color matching, special materials, or preparation has started.

10 Warranty & Maintenance Policy

Any warranty offered by StaticPro must be stated in writing in the approved estimate, invoice, proposal, work order, contract, or written warranty document. If no written warranty is provided, services are provided without any express warranty beyond what is required by applicable law.

Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty coverage, if any, applies only to the specific work performed by StaticPro and only for the timeframe stated in writing.
  • Warranty coverage does not apply to pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, rust, corrosion, moisture intrusion, substrate failure, structural movement, impact, abrasion, vandalism, misuse, improper cleaning, harsh chemicals, pressure washing damage, customer negligence, normal wear, or work performed by others.
  • Warranty coverage may be void if the coated surface is modified, repaired, cleaned improperly, exposed to prohibited chemicals, physically damaged, neglected, or used before the recommended cure time.
  • StaticPro’s warranty responsibility, if any, may be limited to inspection, repair, touch-up, recoating, or another remedy selected by StaticPro.
  • Color fading, gloss reduction, surface wear, scratches, environmental exposure, and maintenance-related deterioration may not be covered unless specifically included in writing.

Maintenance Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of coated surfaces after service. StaticPro may provide care recommendations, but the customer remains responsible for cleaning methods, chemical exposure, use conditions, impact prevention, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent StaticPro from sending service-related, transactional, legal, appointment, quote, invoice, safety, or customer support communications.

Call Recording & Documentation

StaticPro may document communications, call notes, text messages, emails, estimate approvals, customer instructions, service requests, and project records for quality, training, dispute resolution, legal, insurance, operational, and customer service purposes.
